Seats
A seat is one active member of your organization. When you invite a teammate, it counts against your plan’s seat limit. You cannot send an invitation that would push your active member count above the limit — you will need to upgrade first.Collections
Only production environment collections count toward your collection limit. Collections in staging or development environments do not count. This means you can freely create and iterate in non-production environments without affecting your limit.Routed requests
Your monthly request count tracks all requests processed by the GoDizzy router — both mock and proxy — within a calendar month. The counter resets at the start of each billing period.The request counter is best-effort. In rare edge cases, a small number of requests may not be reflected in the count.
Tax and invoicing
GoDizzy billing is powered by Dodo Payments, which acts as Merchant of Record. This means tax and VAT are calculated and collected automatically based on your location — you don’t need to handle tax compliance on your end. Compliant invoices and receipts are provided automatically.FAQ

What counts as a routed request?
Any inbound request processed by the GoDizzy router counts as one routed request, regardless of whether it is handled as a mock response or proxied to your upstream. Internal retries initiated by GoDizzy itself do not count.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Billing in the dashboard. See Manage Subscription for the step-by-step flow.

What happens if I exceed my request limit?
On the Free plan, if you exceed your monthly request limit you will see a prominent banner in the dashboard prompting you to upgrade. On paid plans, routing continues while your usage is tracked — you will not be cut off mid-month.
Do staging and dev collections count toward my collection limit?
Do staging and dev collections count toward my collection limit?
No. Only production environment collections count toward your plan’s collection limit. Staging and development collections are excluded, so you can build and test freely without using up your limit.
