You manage your GoDizzy subscription from the billing page in your dashboard. Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, and available actions.

View your current plan

The Settings → Billing page shows:
  • Your active plan and billing cycle
  • Renewal date
  • Usage this month — requests routed, seats used, and collections created

Upgrade your plan

1

Open billing settings

In the dashboard, go to Settings → Billing.
2

Click Upgrade

Select Upgrade next to your current plan, then choose the plan you want.
3

Choose a billing cycle

Select monthly or annual billing. Annual billing is available for all paid plans.
4

Complete checkout

You will be redirected to a secure checkout page powered by Dodo Payments. Enter your payment details and confirm. Tax and VAT are calculated automatically based on your location.
5

Return to the dashboard

After a successful payment you are returned to the billing page. Your new plan limits take effect immediately.
Your plan is not updated until payment is confirmed. Always check the Settings → Billing page to verify your current plan status after checkout.

Downgrade your plan

To move to a lower plan, go to Settings → Billing and select the plan you want to downgrade to. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan’s limits until then. Before downgrading, make sure your usage fits within the lower plan’s limits:
  • Seats: if you have more active members than the lower plan allows, you will need to remove members first.
  • Collections: if you have more production collections than the lower plan allows, you will need to delete some before the downgrade takes effect.

Manage payment methods and invoices

To update your payment method or download invoices, open the customer portal from Settings → Billing. The portal is hosted by Dodo Payments and lets you:
  • Add or replace a payment method
  • View and download past invoices and receipts
  • Review your billing history

What happens when you hit a limit

Seat limit

When your organization reaches its seat limit, new invitations are blocked. You will see a message explaining the limit and a prompt to upgrade. Existing members are not removed.
To invite a new teammate when you are at your seat limit, upgrade to a plan with more seats first, then send the invitation.

Collection limit

When you reach your plan’s collection limit for the production environment, creating a new production collection is blocked. Staging and development collections are not affected and do not count toward the limit.
To create more production collections, upgrade to a plan with a higher collection limit, or delete an existing production collection you no longer need.

Request limit

On the Free plan, exceeding your monthly request limit results in a dashboard banner prompting you to upgrade. On paid plans, routing continues and your usage is tracked — you are not cut off.

Cancel your subscription

1

Open the customer portal

Go to Settings → Billing and open the customer portal.
2

Cancel from the portal

Follow the cancellation flow in the portal. Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of the current billing period.
3

Confirm cancellation

You will receive a confirmation by email. You keep access to your current plan’s features until the period ends, at which point your organization moves to the Free plan.
Cancelling your subscription does not delete your data. Your collections, routes, and configurations remain in your account. You retain access to them under the Free plan’s limits.

Enterprise plans

If you need custom seat counts, higher request volumes, SLA guarantees, or procurement-friendly invoicing, contact us to discuss an Enterprise plan. Enterprise plans are set up manually and are not managed through the self-serve billing flow.
